Shipping and Returns
- All orders in the CONTINENTAL USA, FREE GROUND SHIPPING.
- All orders will be processed with in 1-2 business days from the time your order was placed.
- All credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order.
- You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
- Please note Weekends and Holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.
- All orders placed on a friday, saturday, or sunday will be processed the following monday.
- All orders will not ship to PO BOXES or APO or FPO addresses

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT
- Pink Buddha hopes you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not off you a refund, credit or exchange.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT
- Items must be in original condition, unworn,unused,with tags and in original packing with 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Due to health reasons we can not accepts return of yoga mats that have been removed from their original packaging, the label must be in place and unopened. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Items should be placed in original packing
- Items must be received into our warehouse within the 14 days of date of purchase.
- Include copy of your original receipt
TO MAKE YOUR RETURN
- Items returned with make up or deodorant on them. These items will be sent back to you.
- Items that do not comply with eligible return details

- Items received after 14 days from your date of purchase

- Include a copy of original receipt in the returned package
- All return items must be received and in our possession within 14 days from the date of purchase. Post marked dates do not qualify. Items not received within the 14 days are not eligible for refunds, credits or exchanges.
- Unfortunately we do not pay for or reimburse for any shipping or handling fees associated with shipping and returns. We suggest you use a preferred carrier, insure your package and record the tracking information.

- Once your return is received in our warehouse you will be notified. At that point all items will be inspected and you will be notified if the items are accepted for a refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected within the 14 return day policy, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 5-10 days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Next, contact your credit card company or bank for pending or posted transactions. It may take some time before your refund is credited, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER
- we recommend placing a new order for any times you want and sending back any return items to be processed fro either a refund, within the return policy period
